There is a clear need for affordable health insurance. We see in the news about the health crisis. Last night, in the State of the Union address, President Bush spoke briefly about the problems of the elderly.

Despite all the talk and posturing, nobody seems to be a real solution. Is it also possible to develop a plan, the discharge of the system, while helping those most in need? None of the plans so far from the healthcare, government, offer more than just a band-aid approach to fixing the problem.

So what if anything can be done? Is there something that really works?

Yes, in my opinion, there is a solution. It is a complete redesign of the entire system, not just money to the insurance crisis.

The system in Canada is no real answer, though in some respects it may seem.

Under the current system of private insurance and government money, so they can pay doctors to fail. This is the core of the problem. As long as we pay doctors to fail, they will continue to do so.

So, what do I mean by that. Because the system is set up, we pay doctors to make us better once we become sick. They have no incentive to really help a person, and remain, for life!

What we need is a system that rewarded doctors only if the person stays good. Take, for example, not the payment of insurance we paid the doctor or hospital a small monthly or annual fee, while we were good. Now suppose, what do you think would happen if we could pay if we get sick until a certain time, after we re good?

Do you think that they have an incentive to their patients well?

The true causes of the disease are known. They are beyond doubt. But in the world of the health system, saying that their patients are too stubborn to change what they do, why they say, as you well?

If your doctor knows what was the health crisis, you should have him / her, before running an expensive treatment for the symptoms, or would you want to say what you can do at little or no cost, to eliminate complete?

The big question I would ask is that you are really too stubborn to change, or do you want to know what caused disease, you can eliminate or prevent it from developing in the first place?

Because it would be too much to ask doctors to depend on the poor to pay, as planned, I would suggest that we have the fair tax competition and let the government pay doctors a fixed fee per patient, the registry for this plan, regardless of income .

The patient would take courses from their doctor. The doctor would give them, how good and stay good. They had private meetings to discuss their diet and way of life. The doctor would be her life practices and tell them what they need in order to stay well.

In this system, drugs and all other funds provided to the doctor only as a temporary measure. The patient would tell the truth up front that the drugs do not remove the cause of the crisis of health care. They would say, what they do, that the cause of their crisis and what they have to do to remedy the situation.

It would be an honest, where the truth is more important than money.

The only way to affordable health insurance is changing the whole system.

The reason is the government not to such a plan is that people live longer and, more social security. Although it is not so much expense for Medicare, they would not want people to live long. But with the Fair Tax plan in conjunction with the health system, I propose that it would work.
